Extremely bad quality

Got a ring from Swarovski about two months ago and the silver prt of the rign is turning a copper color and chipping. I phone them to tell them and they said that I can get it replaced and that the reason it is fading and chipping because of something that I have done. I don't shower with the rign or wash dishes or anything with it on ect. The quality is absolutely **** and for the price you are paying for this jewlery it is such a *******. I do not ever recommend getting any jewlery from swarovski.
