DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Dissappointed.com!! My husband bought me a beautiful watch coming through Singapore Airport. Within a few weeks a stone had fallen out. Because we live in Zimbabwe I had to wait to take it to South Africa for repairs. It took over a year to get my watch returned to me. Then it stopped working completely! Again I had to wait for a trip to SA to take it in for repairs. I had the battery changed and was told if it stops again it will be because the mechanism has given up. The mechanism had given up the ghost. Now they have offered me a refund of R2895 for a R7000 watch thereby not affording me a replacement. I then said please can you repair it as all I want is a working watch. I have now been told I must pay for the shipping to and from Europe and then any duty or taxes and other costs incurred on its return. Honestly save your money and shop with someone else.!!! The earrings we bought for our daughters at the same time. The silver plating has worn off and they are copper underneath. Cheap ******* charged at an exorbitant price. Giving my daughters ear infections. Be warned that this company will not look after its clients or honor its products. Shocking!!
