DO NOT GET CAUGHT - WHEN PAYING WITH BANK CARD

Brought a gift at the Vaal Mall branch on 25 /02/2023, paid with my credit card but they kept telling me it has not gone through and could we pay the cash.

Get home and note that it had gone of credit card and I had paid cash, phoned the store very nice lady says oh sorry come and fecth the cash - needless to say when I went they said oh no we need to see your bank statement. Now 2 weeks later bank statement has been shown to them, phoned them, been into the store twice and I still do not have my money back. Really a bad show - I will NEVER go back into that shop.
