Dissapointing product quality and lack of help

I have recently brought a watch from your store as part of a 21st birthday present, I haven't had the watch for more than a week when the glass broke. I am disappointed that the glass broke so easily when I barely knocked it on a table, for the price I paid, the product should be more durable. I am not a rough person by any means and have worn a cheap low quality watch from woolworths for the past two year that doesn't even have a scratch. I took my watch back to the branch I brought it from and was told that they are unable to help me, the lady said once it is out the store the glass is not covered and they can't repair the watch, another employee said that I must expect my watch to be broken as that is what happens and continued to show me her shattered watch. The lack of help and understanding from the employees is unacceptable as the watch is not even seven days old and broke very easily. They then referred me to another store in the mall called Cajeees who they said can repair the damage to the glass. I would have liked the glass to be repaired by Swarovski however, they said they can't do it. For the amount I paid I should get better service and quality of product.
