Crystal clear Swarovski is not up to scratch!!!

<p>Towards the end of last year (2016) I purchased a ring from Swarovski in Canal Walk, Cape Town. I would take my ring off before showering, washing dishes or exposing my hands to any form of water. Yet after only three & a half months 27 of the 50 crystals had fallen out & the ring was tarnished, revealing a "copper" look to the rim of the ring. I returned it to the Canal Walk branch where I'd purchased it, with the Till Receipt & the Warranty Card. Only to be told they would need the Credit Card Receipt aswell in order to exchange it. It took a couple of days to dig out a copy of the receipt, I then returned to the store & the ring was then exchanged for a new one. Its been just over four months and I'm experiencing exactly the same issue with this ring! It's not a diamond ring that will last a lifetime, this I do understand. But one does expect more from a ring I paid R3800 for!!! I find this shocking & I'm very disappointed. I honestly expected more from Swarovski</p>
