Best service so far in Perth

I would like to praise SWAROVSKI cuz I was really impress how the staff responsible the duties and make professional way to deal with guest.

I had some issue with the product and went to shop 3 times. During this period, I had communicated with head officer by email before I went to Perth CBD shop. The second time was actually my fault to damaged the product. Staff was really patience to explain me even was my fault. Unfortunately, the end I couldn't find any product to swap and then I request refund. All provided excellent service who work customer service of head office and Perth CBD shop 3 different staff served me at different date. I'm really impress about the service. Therefore I went back to buy a gift for my sister after few weeks. I'm a regular shopper. Most of shops don't want respond the service after sold. I have seen many unprofessional service or staff didn't care the guests. I always suggest my friends to shop SWAROVSKI. The service won't be disappointed. I believe the business will be successful if the staff training well as SWAROVSKI team.
