Bad service at Swarovski boksburg

On a blk Friday at Swarovski east rand mall Was very disappointed with there staff , gave me no customer service , when no one in there store ..

Looking around there was no specials either, why store was empty ..

Staff couldn't be bothered either ..

I asked for 10% on my purchased, staff said no

Them they give me a voucher for my next purchase for 10%

I was extremely disappointed
