Allergic reaction to earrings

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of earrings I had purchased.

Since Swarovski is a well known brand and is also not cheap, we had purchased these earrings assuming that they were of good quality.

However, after wearing these earrings I had a very bad reaction to it.

I had emailed Swarovski directly stating my problem. I had requested that the product be checked and coated since it has a 2 year warranty.

Their response was that they do not exchange or return earrings. I understand that this is their rule due to infection control. However, my concern was not addressed- it has a 2 year warranty! What could be done for me to actually use this product that we paid so much for??

I have not received any feedback to date.
