I do not recommend to have business to them.
The manager of Swan Studious ms Marike Vorndran has no sence of decency. She would lie straight to your face and she would never blink. Specifically, she promised to clean the construction mess at the site where she is the manager, but she would not provide washing buckets and mops to workers. The excuses she are used to provise are either outright lies or would not make any sence. Please think twice before get engaded in any of her services.

Talented, trustworthy & hardworking interior designer!
Marike Vorndran and her team are incredible! She is a very talented designer, who's magic touch truly transforms every space she works on. She is diligent, courteous, detailled, kind and very professional- no matter what is thrown her way (especially in challenging circumstances)! Highly recommend Swan Studios.

Very negative personal experience with Swan Studios renovation company and its management
If there were a possibility of assigning zero stars, I would have done it. The Swan Studios does not deserve even one star. I am a neighbor and a mother of a four-year-old daughter. During the renovation of the adjacent apartment, I was explicitly assured in plain English by Ms. Marike that the corridor and common areas of the building would remain clean and safe. That promise was not honored. Construction dust repeatedly spread throughout the corridor and other shared areas. Proper dust-minimizing and containment measures did not appear to be in place. The amount of dust was so significant that it entered our living space, and my four-year-old daughter was breathing it in inside our own home. As a mother, this was deeply distressing. No parent should have to worry about their child’s exposure to construction dust because adequate precautions were not taken. Equally concerning, when asked to clearly identify herself and her affiliation with The Swan Studios, Ms. Marike refused. For someone acting in a managerial role, refusing to provide clear identification is unacceptable and undermines trust and accountability. Renovations in a residential building must be handled responsibly, with full respect for neighbors’ health, safety, and shared property. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property or its management.

The corridor and other shared property were left contaminated, and effective dust-containment measures were nowhere to be seen. The dust did not stay outside our door — it made its way into our home. I watched my young daughter breathing in air that should have been safe in the place where she is supposed to be protected. As a mother, that feeling of helplessness and worry is something I cannot adequately describe. Basic health and safety precautions during renovation are not optional — especially in a residential building where families live. What I witnessed showed a disturbing lack of care for the well-being of neighbors and even workers. To make matters worse, when we asked for clear identification, Ms. Vorndran refused to properly state her name and confirm her affiliation with The Swan Studios. For someone overseeing such disruptive works, refusing transparency is deeply troubling and unacceptable. A home should feel safe. During this renovation, ours did not. I cannot recommend this property or its management to anyone who values accountability, safety, and respect for neighbors.
