Suzuki - Vehicle Data Not Available Error!

Brand new Suzuki Baleno 1,5 GL 2022, has issues with the main computer, it randomly gives an error of " Vehicle Data is not available" This has happened 6 times during the first month of driving and every incident has been recorded and reported to Suzuki Clearwater. The vehicle has been to Suzuki Clearwater for 1 x hard reboot, and 2X diagnostics, while finally it stood for 8 days at Suzuki Head Office SA, where they did full diagnostics and still cannot find the fault. It has been requested that they drive the vehicle until the same error occurs - so how long is a piece of string? I bought a brand new vehicle as not to have 2nd hand issues, but this shoulder shrug and finger pointing of apparently 'bad driving skills' has me at wits end. My laywer has asked them to either do an upliftment of goods or extend the service plan as to cover the above driving the vehicle for an unlimited amount of kms to 'test' the issue at hand. I have driven many new vehicles in my life time but have never been more disappointed with the 'attitude' at hand from Suzuki SA and the dealership Suzuki Clearwater. I would like to know if there are other Suzuki Baleno Owners out there with the same issue?
