Still awaiting my refund till date since 2021 :(

I've been going several times to Suzuki Bramley for my refund that has been due to me since 2021. Till date, I have not been refunded though the wrong vehicle part that I had previously purchased, was long returned to Suzuki Bramley.

I am still holding onto whatsoever called, Tax Invoice, that has its print slowly fading.

I was promised that somebody will call me, but that was all SUZUKI Bramley consultants, Jesse and Lupo, could do was to 'build a castle in the air'.

SUZUKI Bramley, I am so disappointed in you for your poor services rendered to me. You don't even bother to return to any of my emails.
