Think Twice Before Buying from Suzuki Bramley/Eagle
I had a very disappointing experience with Suzuki Bramley. During the sales process, we were given several promises by our salesperson, Sello, which convinced us to proceed with the deal. However, once everything was finalized, those promises were denied, and it felt like the dealership had no intention of honoring what was discussed. When we raised our concerns, instead of resolving the issue, management appeared to back the salesperson rather than investigate what had happened. As a customer, this left us feeling misled and unsupported. My advice to anyone considering buying from this dealership is to get every promise in writing before signing anything. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Suzuki Bramley, and I would be very cautious when dealing with Sello. Customer service and honesty should not end once a sale has been made.

Disappointing customer service
If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a car last month and I was given a permit which expires tomorrow. I contacted one of the representatives and they told me that there was a backlog at the traffic department so even if I am stopped by the police they would understand. I have been calling since 9am so that I can get an extended permit and because I need to drive but I have not helped whatsoever. All I am being told is that the ''management is having a meeting about this" and 5 hours later I do not have any feedback
