POOR PERFORMANCE BY Maria Thandi Motsoeneng.

It was all nice and jolly when I was purchasing a new car, until I got the car, the mood and communication was just off. I was assisted by Maria Thandi Motsoeneng and we both had an agreement that she will assist me with a grace period of 2 months. Additionally, I will receive and cash back for that period to cover for the vehicle installment and insurance. Since the 9th of November 2024, I haven't received anything and when I try to chat with her, she just doesn't respond. A very poor performance by her and incompetency of an individual. She is not even transparent with me at this point.
