Suzuki Bethlehem is Horrible!

I have serviced my Suzuki Brezza twice with Suzuki Bethlehem. My experience was absolutely horrible! Their staff is *********** and arrogant. On the first service they didn't replace the oil cap on the engine properly which caused major oil leakage over the engine and other components. We took the car back to them, they replaced the oil and tighten the cap, however left the components in horrible oiled state.

Furthermore the lock of the hatchback door is faulty and needs to be replaced under warranty, after three years and numerous complaints, we are still waiting for Suzuki Bethlehem to help us with the hatchback door lock!

We will NEVER service our car again at Suzuki Bethlehem, or ever buy a vehicle from them!
