We have a very big concern on how the employees operate there. Our car went in on the 14th of October 2025, the only fault it did not want to start. We were told it could be the key they will put it on the machine to see what the fault is. We don’t get any calls from them to inform us about our vehicle we must phone the whole time to find out what is going on. So there is no client service as well (looking at their reviews, this is an ongoing thing and raise a big concern). My husband followed up on the Wednesday to find out what is going on then he was told the battery is on charge they can only run diagnostics when the battery is full. I phoned on Thursday trying to find out what the problem is, then only the battery was charged but they were working on another vehicle and would only start to work on our vehicle once they are done. Friday, I phoned again, they only started working on it and were looking for the fault as it was not the keys, they were checking for loose wires. Now its Monday still no phone call to say what is happening with our vehicle we need to follow up; they have sent us a quotation it Is the crank sensor that went. Here they got my husbands email wrong they forgot to put the 0 at the end. I email them and eventually received the quotation, want to make payment but no banking details with the quotation, I requested the banking details. We made payment, they ordered the part. They received the part on Wednesday after 14h00. Thursday 8:36 I send a mail to ask them when the vehicle will be release as we need to make the necessary arrangements to fetch the car. We are 130km away, so we are not just around the corner. I’m sending this mail now at 11:11 I did not receive any response yet. In the mean time my husband phones them to find out what is happening with the car, only to find out after we paid R3500 for the part and labor there are apparently still plenty faults they need to attend to, now our question is how can you tell your customer on Monday it’s the crank shaft and on Thursday when car needs to be nearly ready all of a sudden there is still more fault, No One but No one phoned us to inform us, they said to my husband they will phone him this afternoon with feedback – Can I tell you the Biggest joke he is still awaiting their phone call from last week Wednesday. This is a joke really.
