Excellent service at Suzuki BETHLEHEM.

I would like to share my experience with everyone about the Suzuki Dealership in Bethlehem, Free State. I was about 700km from my residence in Cradock and decided to arrange a first service (15 000 km) at this dealership. My Suzuki Ertiga was just under 14 000km but being on holiday I knew that sticking to the 15 000km service was going to be challenging. From the moment I entered their premises I was very well received. They attended to me very professionally and made arrangements to fit me in for the Friday morning 08/11/2024.I however phoned them 06/11/2024 to cancel the appointment as my travelling plans changed for the Friday. To my surprise they went out of their way to accommodate me early the Thursday (7th Nov). After having a lovely hot cup of coffee my wife and myself were taken to the nearby mall where we had breakfast and where we did some shopping. Just before 11h00 I phoned the dealership we notify them that we were ready for their courtesy car to fetch us and ferry us back to the dealership to collect our car. Within minutes we were picked up and taken to the dealership. On arrival we were treated with the same welcoming manner as before. Our car was serviced, washed and polished. It looked brand spanking new. WOW!! Bethlehem Suzuki. I am very impressed with your professional service. Please keep it up. Regards John King
