Suzuki Ipop Alberton horrible service

I bought parts at Suzuki alberton the service was horrible. The staff at the parts department does not pick up calls. I bought a master cylinder and later relialized that it was an incorrect parts now they refuse to rufund/exchange the parts. Their non refund policy was not explained to me by Bradley who was assisting me. Also i think this is against the consumer Act
