No goods no refund

Suzuki in alberton it's a **** last Friday I bought a camshaft berings the sales women told me they have I must pay and give them two to three hours after five hours they dont have and they dont inform me, I'm the one who must driving to them,to cut the matter short even today no refund no goods I bought when I call or email them they escalating the matter they making their problems mine now and I use my car to make income now I'm stuck with them
