Rude Staff

On numerous occasions, I have placed orders through the Sutherland Spar WhatsApp group. The ladies who are supposed to assist customers often take between 2–3 hours to respond to orders, if they respond at all. When you eventually manage to get hold of them and raise a complaint, they become rude and even shout at customers. On several occasions, I informed the staff that I intended to contact the owner regarding the poor service. Each time, they phoned me afterwards asking me not to contact the owner because they were afraid of losing their jobs. When attempting to contact the owner directly, he is never available, and the staff seem to block any effort to speak to him.
