Rude Staff
Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Sutherland Spar *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and arrogance from a store before. On numerous occasions, I have placed orders through the Sutherland Spar WhatsApp group. The ladies who are supposed to assist customers often take between 2–3 hours to respond to orders, if they respond at all. When you eventually manage to get hold of them and raise a complaint, they become rude and even shout at customers. On several occasions, I informed the staff that I intended to contact the owner regarding the poor service. Each time, they phoned me afterwards asking me not to contact the owner because they were afraid of losing their jobs. When attempting to contact the owner directly, he is never available, and the staff seem to block any effort to speak to him. It has always been a pleasure visiting Sutherland Spar in the past, but after the shocking treatment received from some of the staff members, we will no longer be supporting or attending the https://www.hellopeter.com/legal/legal

Shopping experience
Good experience to shop although pricing is not strongly competitive. Clean, helpful friendly staff and management team. Exception, that the tellers packer will not pack your bag with the purchased goods by a Pensioner. Instead, they more interested in their chatting and fun in laugbter. Overall, good experience, will not condemn or fault but create and hilight possible short commings.

Shopping experience

Delivery sucks
I've been buying at this spar Sutherland spur for over 24 years but ai the delivery I really don't understand, my delivery was collected at 1h45 and it's 13h15 still no delivery ai no, they must put track the driver on the app cause I can't wait for 2 hours for delivery to be dropped off
