The worst worst worst worst worst provider o have used and would not recommend it to anyone . Technicians are never available , no one can assist you on weekends . I have been speaking to the call centre or whatever you call them the whole week because nothing ever seems to be working . Had a ticket logged for me on Friday last week had to wait till Tuesday while I wait for them to decide when to work in the meantime I work from home I need to keep buying data . If it’s not eskom it’s surf4life next to it . Now have the same issue and they telling me about 48 working hours . Another weekend with no Internet and I have to buy data . The worst provider ever and I will definitely be moving to someone who values my money .
