Worst Service Provider

This is the worst service provider ever, not reliable at all and they don't care bout their customers feelings, for the past two weeks we have been trying and berging them to come and help because the fibre just stopped working just after we paid for it and they told us to give them three working days and its been two weeks now, we have been calling, sending emails and whatsapp messages with no help, as soon as we give them ticket number they no longer respond. My kids can't do homework, and we are working drom from, ive spent so much buying data because of this company.
