WORST SERVICE EVER

i went from slow internet access to no internet at all for the past 2 weeks, sent email and called but still did not receive any assistance, the call centre ppl dont even sound like they know what they are doing as they all give different stories, i want surf4life to compensate me for the days i have been unable to use their internet.
