Worst ISP Ever

This company has monopolized connectivity at Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate and we are held hostage by their terrible service and high prices. I am two days without connectivity meanwhile, i am told 3 working days, no feedback, no update just sit and wait for lord knows how long, while you are feeling the impact of this on your work and day to day activities which require a stable internet connection. We cannot even get a different ISP because these guys have monopolized connectivity at this estate.

My advise, rather go for uncapped LTE packages till this monopoly ends, then you would rather get connectivity from ISPs who actually care about their customers.
