Surf4Life is the worst fiber provider I have ever used. Every single day, the internet is down, but we are still expected to pay the full amount. What kind of service is this?

Last month, I complained, and they promised to improve. They even said I should have confidence in their service. But instead of getting better, it has only made me lose trust in them completely. They are full of empty promises!
