WiFi down for 2 weeks

My fibre has been down for 2 weeks and I am being taken back and forth by technicians and s4l consultants. I am always told that they will dispatch a technician, when I tell them that the technicians were here more that a week ago with no resolution, I am told I will be called back with an update but I am never called back.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from Surf4life fibre, they are frequently having issues with connection.
