Very dissapointed for the service received from Surf4Life

Very dissapointed for the service received from Surf4Life. I stayed full 9days without WIFI, accumumulated huge costs on airtime staying on their call centre that takes ages to be answered. I sent gazzilion emails without help I would recommend this company
