Very Disappointed

I wouldn't recommend this company if it's not the only one in your area for fiber providers. I'm located in Woodlands place and I have been having issues with the internet since I moved in, the internet drops unexpectedly and sometimes it comes back on fast but sometimes it doesn't at all.

when you call them to find out what is going on they will just spin you stories like oh the fiber house is overheating (the most popular), upstream service doesn't know what's going on (multiple times and I wonder why don't just allow us to choose fiber provider), and recently its "oh we will find out what's happening and will get back to you" which never happens.

If you can just go with another ISP and fiber like homeconnect or afrihost, dont waste your time.
