VERY DISAPPOINTED

I logged a call with Surf4life on the 2nd of December when my Package was to to expire but I failed to access my dashboard to be able to buy for the month of January. Whoever was responding to my query didn't really care to investigate why every browser or device I tried using to access my account gave me an error. Surg4life lacks sense of urgency and compassion. I dont think they value their clients at all. The wife kept non-working without me purchasing and I said to myself maybe they understood my problem snd busy fixing it, NOOOO ,they decided to switch it Off today on a Saturday with kids without entertainment, the house is just silent. I am working tomorrow remotely and that means I must struggle. I am not looking for freebies No. I buy every month since 2021. But they want me to wait for Tuesday for help which if someone helped me the first time I would not be in this predicament. One of this good days I will find an alternative and I will remove your equipment and you will come collect it because I am tired of their responses on emails but no action. The worst weekend yet again no surprise.
