Very bad service
I logged the call on Saturday 27 April 2024 and the issue was resolved on the 2May, Jason the technician promised me that my 5days of disconnected will be refunded to me so my service expired on the 03May and I did not load it knowing that I still have 5days that owes to me. Can I be refunded my 5days please before I top up my service. I'm not happy about the service I'm getting from surf4life

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the recent service disruption you experienced, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
Upon reviewing your case, we would like to clarify our policy regarding compensation for service disruptions. As per our Terms & Conditions, compensation for service disruptions is not possible, and our policy is aligned with industry standards. We encourage you to review Clause 13 of our Terms & Conditions on our website www.surf4life.co.za for more details.
Furthermore, we would like to remind you of our Service Level Agreement (SLA), which outlines the timelines for resolving technical and fibre-related tickets. According to our records, our technician, Jason, communicated with you on the 30th to arrange an appointment. However, due to scheduling conflicts as you were available after 5 pm, the appointment was then set for Thursday, 02 May as per your agreement.
Rest assured, we take such matters seriously, and we will be having a discussion with Jason to ensure that accurate information is provided to our valued clients in the future. Our goal is to maintain transparency and uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times.
Thank you for your understanding.
