VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!

Very poor service! I retract the good rating I have given on Hellopeter before. We struggle with connectivity issues every time we have loadshedding. Our wifi does not come on. They never come back to you and you always have to follow up. We have bought an extra backup power to help stay connected and they blame it on the faulty backup power and there is nothing wrong with it. The backup power was not even installed when it did not come on. Then miraculously it came on the next day without the backup power. They don't give proper service and you have to wait 72 hours for the problem to receive attention. We still don't have wifi since the power came on! You get an attitude and they definitely not going out of their way. I would not recommend them to anyone! Worst service provider!!!
