VERY BAD SERVICE

I am very frustrated. They changed their routers, claiming it would improve usage, but for me, it has been nothing but a nightmare. I called them and was told that whatever was blocked was now fine, yet it still wasn't working as it should.

Last Friday, their consultant came, and I showed him how their so-called improved product was affecting my work. He said he would escalate the issue and get back to me. And guess what? He never did.

I called them again today, and once again, another escalation with no solution. I told them to bring back the old router, as it never affected my work, and I don't understand why that is so difficult.
