Very bad

Very bad. I was disconnected for almost 2 weeks and I was told when I called that your lines were vandalised. My service came to an end I didn’t use the WiFi for almost 3 weeks. When I enquired I was told you cannot assist me because it was not your fault. I would have appreciated if someone called to apologise or you giving extra days to use but you just sent me a very long email telling me that you cannot help
