Useless Provider

Surf4life is always down every week I have to log a incident. When we try to call the call Centre you hold for almost an hour and the agent hang up. There is never anyone available to assist. the time and money that we spend trying call them and no one answers their email this pathetic. It is affecting some of us who have to work from home
