This fibre is always down

This fibre is always down. I’ve lived in Lion Pride Estate for 8 months and I’ve had the worst experience with this fibre. It’s offline 5 times in 7 day , you do not get the speeds that you are paying for and it is just unfortunate that they are the only fibre provider in the area.
