They offer the WORST Internet connectivity experiance!!!!

Their mission statement is "To offer the best Internet connectivity experience at the lowest possible price" however their internet connectivity is always down, this means having another ISP on standby at an extra cost because they actually offer the worst internet connectivity experiance. How contradictory is that mission statement. I don't even think they worthy of that one star.
