Theres a support person named Tshifiwa who always goes out of his way to help customers and resolve queries. I have, on several occasions reached out to him on Sundays and public holidays and he goes over and beyond what fhe service centre team does. He is trully competent and client centric which is the kind of traits needed for a service team
