Their service sucks 😕

Had a very bad if not worst experience with Surf4life. Been reporting about their fibre not working but all in vain. It's either you connected without internet or device can't authenticate connection. I'm a first time user, guess that's why they don't care much. Only 1 device which is connected, work laptop but sluggish response.
