The worst service ever
Bad service I would advise anyone to use their service /package, they don’t pick their phone and when they do they are rude and hang up while talking. I regret purchasing their package,I can’t even get my work done. The worst service ever!!!!!!

28 Oct 2020, 17:07I’m still not happy with your service really,I did have access to the internet over the weekend, come Monday when I’m back from work it’s now working,you sent a guy to come fix without even informing me...I told him to leave cause it was working...so today again it’s not working...yet I paid full amount but can’t even use the internet when I need it...I don’t think I’ll continue with your service anymore !!!!

I’m still not happy with your service really,I did have access to the internet over the weekend, come Monday when I’m back from work it’s now working,you sent a guy to come fix without even informing me...I told him to leave cause it was working...so today again it’s not working...yet I paid full amount but can’t even use the internet when I need it...I don’t think I’ll continue with your service anymore !!!!

Your service really sucks,I mean how many time must you keep sending people to come fix, you don’t even inform us that your sending someone, when I call you ask me stupid questions that you know answers for and have the nerve to tell me “ unfortunately there is nothing I can do” I use my airtime and worse still need to buy data while I have paid for a service that works on and off,I’m really annoyed and please don’t send any of your guy’s anymore cause it’s now the 5th time and still bad service in just one month. I won’t continue to use your service anymore thank you ????
