The support from Surf4Life is very poor

The support from Surf4Life is very poor. Our line is down again and there an outage but everyone is connected only us not connected, logged a call they said a tech will be sent. Now the techs tell us they no longer service the area frogfoot techs are supposed to come. Our line is still down 48hrs now. No update on when will the tech come or if there’s a ticket logged with frogfoot.
