I want to applaud the Surf4Life team for holding it together during load shedding when dealing with frustrated customers like myself. Thank you for your professionalism and understanding. The team has been exemplary in working hard to resolve complaints of impatience clients. I want to especially, encourage Mashudu, Cherise and Basil for your professionalism and the compassion you have shown when dealing with stressed-out customers. May you never change!
