Surf4life Worst service

The worst service ever 3 weeks of calling and sending emails but no resolution I am out of fibre for 6 days then they come to fix, soni request green to credit me the days without fibre because the cause is that one of their technicians broke my fibre line when they were installing someone's fibre Those days I had to travel to work because of no connectivity...been sending emails from 30/03 till today no luck No connectivity made me incur costs and they don't realise how their bad service has cost me
