Surf4life- useless!!!

They are ABSOLUTELY shocking with their communication and feedback. I have been waiting to be connected since the 24th October and have not had any service yet (its only been 11 days). The technicians and people in the office will do everything NOT to help you. I am a month to month client and have paid for a month's service and to date, nothing. They simply dont care!
