Surf4Life should be Stress4life

Surf4Life is the worst ISPs I have ever experienced. Their service is mostly unavailable than available and yet they don't miss to deduct their debit order. When available, their wi-fi continously drops whilst one is working or in the middle of the meeting. When you call their call center, you would hold for longest time and then when you think you are closer to be caller #01, your call gets dropped. Then, you call again and start at the back of the queue. If you are lucky enough to get through the call centre, their call center agents are rude and seem clueless.

This company also has maintenance without any prior communication to their customers.
