Surf4life service provider.

I have been without internet for the past 5 days and I have been making phone calls only to be told to wait for a technician..I have been sending emails after emails without receiving help now I get an appreciation of a purchase, nothing on how to fix my connectivity..To say I'm disgusted with this service provider is an understatement together with thier consultants..if I had an option I would choose another service provider..they making my stay in my new home very unpleasant..
