Surf4life poor service

I live in Lions pride estate and the only reason I use surf4life WiFi is because it’s the only WiFi service provider offered at the estate. I have used different types of fibres before but I have never seen a WiFi so pathetic before. They cut WiFi every single week without fail because of either system maintenance that are done during the day or they don’t buy electricity for the guard house where their equipment is kept. Tomorrow they are planning to cut WiFi the entire day from 8am to 18pm and they don’t give a damn about people like me who work from home yet they are quick to debit our accounts month come end of the month. I asked help desk why is maintenance done during the day and the response was that we(help desk) don’t decide the time and day it’s maintenance team who decides. What kind of answer is that???
