Surf4Life more like surf for 2 minutes

How are these guys even referring to themselves as an ISP!? I moved into my estate in November 2021 and these guys are the only ISP in the estate. Ever since I joined them they have had network connection issues every single day. They even have an automated email service whenever there is a complaint and these mails are like spam now because I get one or two each day. As someone who works from home, I feel like I have been pouring my money down the drain with these guys. I have never met such an *********** ISP with a turnaround time that is this horrible. How are these guys still in business, who are they bribing to stay in these estates? I literally spend half my day on mobile data, while I have fiber. This ISP is appalling.
