The worst ISP ever, had a VPN issue and ticket opened on the 15th April 2026 and to date they have not given me an ETR but all payments were made for an upgrade as they said current package doesn't support VPN. What's even more painful is that we don't have much options to bring other service providers to the Lion Pride Lifestyle Estate due to their infrastructure. You call support they tell you straight there's nothing they can do, there's no one taking accountability. Zero escalation process 😡
