SURF4LIFE IS *******
Surf4life should change their name to surf4dead never experience such a ****ty ISP in my life, Look they've experienced an outage since last night. This isn't the first time they've had such issues, and it's been challenging as it has disrupted both my studies and work, which heavily rely on a stable internet connection.

I trust this finds you well, Id like to clarify that as your Internet Service Provider (ISP), we prioritize providing reliable and uninterrupted service to our valued customers. We continuously strive to maintain high standards and meet the commitments outlined in our SLA. In this case, we are pleased to inform you that we were able to restore the service within the agreed-upon timeframe & sent out Emails informing all affected clientele during the outage, for individual/isolated cases we always encourage our clients to report service disruption immediately. If you are experiencing continous service issues, please let us know so we can investigate and resolve.
In some cases, breaks in the upstream provider's network can occur, causing interruptions to your internet service., these breaks can be due to a list of factors. While these breaks are beyond our control, we want to emphasize that we are do everything within our power to address and resolve the breaks as soon as possible.
