Good day, we at sky city have had had internet disruption for way too many times and in some cases it's due to power failure in the guard house.

Please can you procure a UPS at the guard house, our lives depends on internet connectivity and we would not be your clients if not work work and business purposes.

You guys have a tendency of unplugging fiber lines without notifying anyone, this has happened in my house on multiple occasions and when i step our there would be technicians busy plugging and unplugging lines.

You advertise your service as unshaped and unthrottled and your representatives have in occasions agreed that you have power redundancy.

When it comes to the security and management of routers please can you give us administrative access to cater for changing of passwords and opening relevant ports that we need for hosing services such as SFTP, HTTPS and for gaming.

Still on the security front, I as a security professional know that SSID passwords *** which is easy to obtain and connect, this exposes us as your clients to major security risks including man in the middle attacks and denial of service attacks.
